Similar experience to many others - signed up for $1 subscription. It is very difficult to cancel the subscription (endless holds, attempts to keep you on, hard to locate account). As a result I missed one period and got a $20 charge, which they are not willing to refund. I have read a single article from the magazine during this period.

The subscription service is 100% a scam. I signed up for the $1 offer and planned to cancel the service if I didn't want it anymore. It has been months of them charging me, and it is basically impossible to cancel. You can only cancel over the phone and to do so, they ask for the account number or phone number to locate your account. There is no account number listed anywhere, I spent far too long searching and googling. It just doesn't exist. I decided to use my phone number. They said there is no account linked to the number; however, I had my digital subscription profile open on my laptop in front of me with my phone number linked. I will have to cancel my credit card at this point.

Cancelled this years ago, then noticed I had been being charged for the subscription for the last 6 months!!! They make it impossible to cancel. I didn't authorize any of the charges when they started back up again

Watch out for the digital articles. They ask you to pay $1 for an article and unless you read every scrap of fine print, you don't realize that you signed a contract to be charged 38.99 a month. On top of that, they don't begin charging you for 3 months, so you often aren't even looking out for charges. Unless you carefully watch your account you could be paying for years without using or knowing you have a subscription. And when you do realize you are being charged, they have a no refund policy, so you get no money back - even if you never once used the service.

The actual paper is the best, but unfortunately it is only delivered 50% of the time. I guess there is a huge burn pile out there or they are laughing at all of us since they took our money and no product. THE VP OF OPERATIONS NEED TO BE FIRED NOW.!!!!!!
