Written Word MediaReviews of writtenwordmedia.com

I have used Written Word Media for the many resources they provide to authors as well as in promoting my book. They offer affordable promotional options and their staff are extremely helpful and professional. If you're looking for a partner to help you market your next book, I highly recommend Written Word Media.

Exceptional expirience for independent writtters.

I enjoy the convenience of this site, and run the bulk of my book promotions through Written Word Media. Recently I set up a promotion without checking my Amazon KDP Select account. to my horror, I discovered my KDP Select renewed the weekend of my promotion. Egads! So I bumped the promotion back to a date in December. WWM helped me reschedule the promotion to open dates that worked for me. I had naught to fret. I'll keep using this site for the sheer ease of use and convenience, and would recommend it to my writing friends.

I haven't been working with Written Word Media for very long, but so far it's been a positive experience. When I had a problem, which I'm sure I created for myself, they addressed it with patience, kindness, and intelligence. I got to deal with actual people, not algorithms and FAQ menus. You can't beat that.

have had really successful promos elsewhere for my book, but not so with WWM...results were very poor...were not able to explain or help

I've used Written Word Media to advertise my independently published books since about 2021. I've always found them extremely helpful. On several occasions, I've accidentally placed a book, through lack of sufficient attention, in a category that was unsuitable. The team at Written Word usually picks up on it within minutes and advises me on the most suitable category for my subject and cost. Recently, I inadvertently placed a Cold War espionage book in the Children's genre (DOH!). Minutes after paying, a lovely email from the team advised that they thought Historical Fiction was more suitable, with more readers, and only $15 more. I can't thank them enough for their help and the pleasant way they do it. The advertising results have always been very good. As an independent author, I highly recommend them.

Any time we have an emergency reschedule, I am responded to immediately and graciously. I can't stress enough how many times in the last three years that I have been worried due to unexpected developments in my clients' plans and your team has only met me with calm kindness. I can't recommend you enough!

I read other reviews before booking. The site clearly states its terms and subscriber numbers. The author accepts those terms and pays — it's a transparent deal, and it's a choice! If books don't sell as much as an author hoped, it's not the site's fault. Society has changed; many former readers are now hooked on short videos and games. A promo site cannot change society and all the factors influencing it. My own experience with this site is very positive. All my questions were answered in the most hospitable way. I intend to continue working with this site in the future.
