have had really successful promos elsewhere for my book, but not so with WWM...results were very poor...were not able to explain or help

Whenever authors have poor performance we issue a full refund, and we will do the same for you. You should see the refund back on your card in 3-5 business days. Regarding your actual campaign with us, I looked up the results of your campaign and here's what I found. We sent your book out in two newsletters. Your book got 15 clicks from NewInBooks and 17 clicks from Bargain Booksy. These results are well below average for what we typically see in your genre, and definitely warrant the refund. Your author interview was published on November 13th on NewInBooks and can be see here, we also published it on the Business and Finance section of NewInBooks here. Additionally, your book is running on a Facebook Ad campaign. This campaign has 3,920 impressions and 25 clicks so far and this campaign is slightly below average for business books. This campaign still running and scheduled to end on 11/15. I appreciate you reaching out to us with your feedback.
