WriteyboardReviews of writeyboards.com

I like WhiteyBoard products because they are more versatile than traditional white boards, not to mention they are about 1/2 the price.

Love the concept and the promise of easy application and use but very disappointed in the outcome. Performance is below average and a bit of a disaster. My conference room walls are dingy and spotty due to ghosting. Can not fully clean the walls of marker impressions, even using the recommended PILOT markers.

Shipped quickly, but to the wrong address.

Very disappointed. Did not work for us. Tried two coats on a clean wall. We were hoping to use it for all the walls in our office.

I love the web site, the customer service and of course the product. This is my second Whiteyboard. I bought one for home and one for my office.

From beginning to end, I had a fairly poor experience with Whiteyboard.com. Starting off: I placed an order for a large, stick-on matte board that I needed for a weekend activity. I selected and paid for 2nd-day air, only to find that the product was shipped via ground and I did not receive it until the following week. I tried contacting the company for a refund of shipping costs, but received no reply. Secondly: installing the stick-on board was too much of a hassle. Even with three people present and following the included instructions, I was unable to install it evenly and smoothly on the wall in my home. Thirdly: the actual quality of the whiteboard does not meet my expectations. More specifically, I'm unable to fully wipe off any dry erase marks on the board. Instead, faded marks are left all over the board which looks really bad. Even with different cleaners / soaps / etc. used, I'm unable to fully wipe off even the most faintest of writings on the board. This is my biggest complaint with the product. Lastly: I ordered another board a couple of years ago, and when I ended up removing it from the wall due to an apartment move, the paint on the wall was torn off along with the board. Pretty disappointed in that. Overall, I am very disappointed with Whiteyboard.com and will not be a return customer. Unfortunately there is no place on their website to leave these comments for review, which may have prevented me from ordering the board in the first place as I'm sure other customers are experiencing some of the same issues. Sorry guys -- I'd love to love your product, but simply can't based on my recent experiences.

10/10 would order again for home or business.

I had some questions about the clear dry erase paint and contacted customer service. They were very helpful answering my questions and provided tips for application which made the end result turn out great. I am very happy with the results.
