We are thrilled to hear you love your Writeyboard... that's what we strive for! As for the neon markers, we would be happy to compensate for that, but need to understand what the issue was. The neon pink and neon orange markers need to be primed by pumping the tip repeatedly on a surface to get the ink flowing. Once that's accomplished, they typically work beautifully. Please let us know if we can further assist you with anything else. Peace!

Hi Crystal! Thanks for being a valued customer and for the awesome input. Our new foam WriteyBoards are the perfect solution for this... Because they are slightly thicker, they install and peel away easier, they can be rolled up for storage and transportation, and then reused on another surface. You should give them a try. Guaranteed you'll love them. All our best - The WriteyBoard Team

Oh no! We never like to hear of a customer having a negative experience with one of our products, and we always want to make the situation right. Our classic WriteyBoards are semi-permanent, so they actually adhere to surfaces quite strongly. If the board detaches from the wall, there's typically a compatibility issue that's adversely affecting the self-adhesive backing (i.e., if the wall isn't smooth or is highly textured, or there's debris on the surface, etc.). Please call our office; we'd like to work with you. Together we can troubleshoot and decide what's the best solution for this. We love our customers and are here to help.
