Hello H. Riley, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful reflection on your publishing journey. We are glad the team's engagement stood out to you, keeping you closely involved at every stage is central to how we approach each manuscript, since a book's voice should always remain the author's own. It has been a genuine pleasure supporting your work through each phase of development. We look forward to being part of your next chapter, whatever story you choose to tell next. Best Regards, Team Writer Cosmos

Hello , Thank you for sharing this. We are glad Janet Millar was able to step in and keep your manuscript moving forward with care during the final stretch of proofreading, especially after a transition in your publishing manager. That said, you should never have had to ask how royalties are calculated and paid; that information belongs in your hands proactively, not on request. We are taking this feedback seriously and will be reviewing how royalty information is communicated to our authors going forward. If you would like to go over the details of your own royalty structure now, please reach out to us directly so we can walk through it with you. Best Regards, Team Writer Cosmos
