Give us a 5 stars to refund the money
On July 7, 2026, Primus Publishing issued me invoice #13777 for USD 299 for the interior design of my book, THE FILMMAKER'S GPS (English edition). I signed the agreement on July 8, 2026, and paid USD 149 (50%). The delivered interior was not usable to a professional standard. On September 25, 2026, the company promised me in writing, in a WhatsApp message, that the USD 149 would be refunded. It was not. On October 16, 2026, I sent a formal written demand for the refund. The company replied the same day, in writing: “Remove the review and we will refund.” My earlier Trustpilot review was taken offline on October 20, 2026 (7:14 AM EDT). I informed the company the same day that their condition had been met and asked them to process the refund, with a deadline of October 23, 2026. On October 21, 2026, the company replied, in writing: “Now submit a 5-star review then we will refund.” As of October 23, 2026, the refund of USD 149 that I am owed remains unpaid. Everything stated here is documented in the invoice, the signed agreement, my payment record, and my emails and messages with the company. I need Primus Publishing to please refund the money you promised. I will not post a 5-star review I do not believe in to recover my own money. This is not good for current or future clients who trust in your quality guarantee.
