There was a complete lack of communication between the initial chat on the website and the actual team I worked with. The service I signed up for wasn't delivered and then it was a long battle to be refunded. Emails were ignored by Writercosmos and then return phone calls were not made despite them promising they would. I finally went through their chat feature on the site and was told my refund was now being processed. Not a pleasant experience
