Ebay have got my refund and had it for months and will not give it back to me £77.87 they owe me. they say about their company being on the ball and give refund within 3-5 days but it has been 6 months since the Mattress was sent back to the seller. I asked them to send it back to my account as my Husband who passed away January 2023, his account was closed.

Having called out the postcode lottery for not paying out both my tickets I have to apologise and retract my previous reviews they did pay out both tickets the problem had been with my bank taking too long to show both payments I apologise to the people's post code lottery

Received a little elf security camera as a gift about 18 months ago, then about 3-4 weeks ago company decided to "upgrade" their system and app. Camera and app turned useless. Contacted Little of via chat, email and their tech team. For two weeks I followed every instruction, the only thing I didn't do was stand on my head. Finally little of admitted defeat and Sent me a different brand name of camera but basically does the same thing. This one is called Owltron, this app and camera are as bad if not worse. Have contacted the company again and the reply I got was we will try and improve our service. My 2 cameras and all were rubbish.
