My experience with this company was mixed. While I appreciated the knowledgeable and helpful staff during the design and planning stages, I encountered several issues once the project began. There were delays with delivery and installation, and at times, communication felt slow and unresponsive. I also received some items that were not correct, which added to my frustration. While the team showed care and professionalism at times, I was disappointed by the inconsistent service and the challenges I faced in getting timely resolutions to my concerns. Before working with Maya, I also had the pleasure of dealing with another team member Ananda, who was very helpful and attentive throughout the early stages of my project. However, when Maya, the manager, became involved, she truly took the level of service to new heights. Maya listened patiently to my concerns, promptly followed up, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving every issue. Her dedication and professionalism made all the difference in completing my kitchen renovation to my satisfaction. Maya’s support was the highlight of my experience, and I’m very grateful for her help.

Great prices, very helpful with appliances. Good install work. This hurts me bc I only ( prior) have given 5 stars. I did not like the plans being changed every time.i would not recommend the counter top installers.

When we first went to Wren and spoke to the planner, I expressed the amount we were looking to spend and she helped us stay close to our budget, however things like end pieces and the edge of the counter top were not discussed. My countertop is beautiful, but it has small chips around the sink, if the edging was explained to us we would have spent the extra money on a better edge. Then when our cabinets were installed, the installer damaged the doors and some of the shelves were damaged upon arrival. I sent pics in of the damage and the field install manager came out and wrote up a service order to repair doors and replace some chip shelves. One cabinet was damaged on the inside in 2 places so I was offered to be reimbursed for half the cost. They did repair all damage, but my reimbursement took 7 months and several emails. Overall I like my cabinets and everything was repaired according to my complaint.
