Second time ordering first was time was fine so I ordered again. This time the one ribbon that i needed the most wasn't included and I had to keep reaching out multiple time to get a status on when its going to be shipped and then after reaching out multiple times I never reiceved an apology for the delay. Customer service is big to me because I own 2 businesses. Once you realize you have messed up a simple apology goes a log way. But I won't be buying anything else.

From what I can see the products are absolutely beautiful. I just received my package on Sunday so I have not used anything from it yet. Just going by what I see it's just beautiful. Thank you very much
