Due to the lack of customer service on a recent order I can only give one star to this company. My shipment was a fiasco. While there is a warehouse available for shopping in person the hours are limited and the warehouse is not climate controlled which makes shopping in person detrimental on hot days.

Y’all, I had received a “less than par” item from Mary’s. I was very upset but, I repaired it myself and moved on. Then I get a survey request n instead of taking a beat, I launched right into how bad this was. Unfortunately, I actually hold the responsibility here. I never even contacted the company to see if they would make it right. My bad. Blasted her here, instead. She jumped right on that survey, made her apologies for the product and promptly issued me a full credit. I cannot thank you enough, Mary n from the bottom of my heart, I apologize. Upstanding, honest, professional company here folks! I will be back n encourage every one of you, if you want peace of mind and ease of buying, this is the place you need to go: wreathsbymary.com.
