The wreath came bent but there was no damage to the box so it looks like it was damaged prior to shipment

Kelcey - I'm so sorry that the wreath form was bent when you received it. I am very confident that we would never intentionally ship a product that was damaged as it is verified several times before being shipped. If you'd like I can process a refund and as long as you return the form back in its original package with tags. I also noticed that you're a new customer and we pride ourselves in having quality products. If you had reached out to me earlier to correct this problem, I could have replaced the wreath form, as of today, we are out of stock on that particular form.
