They have great customer service and the bell was personalized. They followed up after the gift was delivered to make sure we were happy with it and it arrived without damage. My Man was so touched and appreciative and his reaction was heartfelt. Bikers are very superstitious about their bells and this one is amazing! Tysm, Heathen and Wendy
