The gift was great. Except when you fill out the form it asked you for "Your Name" not the recipients name.

They put the wrong name on it. Worst is I emailed them twice starting weeks ago & they never responded. They sent plenty emails up till that point & nothing since I tried to contact customer support.

Changed my review rather quickly from 5 stars to 1 star. I opened up the box, the baseball bracelet looked fantastic right out of the box! I was excited to give it to my 7 year old son. He loved it, then he tried to put it on. The snaps WOULD NOT snap. Both snaps non-functional right out of the box. My son was upset because he really wanted to wear it. However, new out of the box it was unwearable. If I am offered a working replacement of my order (or a refund) I will happily change my review back to 5 stars.

The items I ordered are exactly what I thought they would be. They were exactly as advertised, and my husband absolutely loved it. The only issue was the time it took to get it. While I completely understand that I ordered at an extremely busy time, it would have been nice to know it would be nearly 4 weeks before it would arrive. It was worth the wait.

The compass is not correct. It is showing North instead of NW. It's off by almost 45 degrees. Please send one that works or refund. My husband was disappointed that his birthday gift didn't work. Thanks for approving my review but where is the replacement or refund? Thanks for responding that you can resend. I did gently shake it to activate the mercury. Please give me a way to request from you a new one or a refund like you say but there's no option to accept it.
