Response time was amazingly fast
Response time was amazingly fast. Even though there were a few hiccups AND I was running around all day and couldn’t respond to their updates and questions as quickly as I would have liked, they were still able answer my questions and fix my issue in under 24 hours. For a free plugin, what more could you ask for?*thumbs up*

SCAM COMPANY - MISLEADING SALE & POOR RESPONSE - DONT FALL FOR REVIEWS - CHECK THEIR VERIFIED REVIEWS
Misleading sale and poor response - Made a purchase seeing the claims on the website and mention of quick response as well refund policy. Once payment is done all things got reversed, no reply to email for multiple days, no refund consideration, bouncing our emails from one person to another and typical tactic to make customer frustrated so that they themselves drop the communication. Not at all recommended. POV - a fancy website and misleading sales by not so customer friendly company (so called) After such experience searched about them on Google and found similar poor experience from other client too reported online. DON'T FALL FOR NUMBER OF REVIEWS - THERE ARE ONLY 4 VERIFIED REVIEWS OUT OF 657 REVIEW ON THEIR PROFILE AND ALL 1 STAR ONLY AND ALL HAVE SAME VIEWS AS OF MINE - SIMILAR COMPLAINS.

I encountered a translation problem…
I encountered a translation problem with some words and sentences in Dutch when using the Ultimate Gift Cards For WooCommerce WordPress plugin by WP Swings. With Dutch speaking/reading customers this could result in a lost sale. Luckily the contacted support engineer @ WP Swings provided me with a solution which solved my problem! Best Regards, Michel
