Scammers - do not buy!
I spoken to WpSwings via chat several times before buying their plugin, I wanted to be certain it functioned they way I needed it to. Unfortunately the functionality was very limited, it did not do any of the things WpSwings promised. I spoke to their technical support teams who took away the issues and came back with a fix for an additional £8-900. I declined their offer as I felt it was a bit of a scam. I processed the return for a full refund 3 days after the purchase, their site clearly states a 30 day money back returns policy. To my surprise the refund was not actioned. I sent many emails to WpSwings. At first they told me they'd be back in touch in the morning with a resolution. No such return contact was ever made. After several attempts to contact them again I gave in and raised a dispute with PayPal which is currently ongoing. They have not responded to PayPal either. Scammers - do not buy

All the features currently supported by the plugin are clearly outlined on our product page, documentation, and demo. We always encourage customers to review these resources to ensure the plugin aligns with their requirements before purchase. Regarding the additional functionality you requested, it falls outside the current scope of the plugin. As discussed, we shared this as a custom development possibility in which we can help with. This was not a charge work, but an optional service for extended functionality. We also take refund requests seriously and adhere the policy. We are actively coordinating through the appropriate channel to ensure a fair resolution. If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to connect and resolve this matter amicably.
