I am new to website creations, so when I had any issues Ishant helped me resolve my problems. Even though most of the problems I had were from my inexperience. I have not run into any software issues yet so I am very pleased

We bought the WooCommerce Zoho Connection, and while it worked at first, it later caused extreme database load. The impact became so severe that our hosting company deactivated our website. This plugin may be fine for a very simple site, but for a webshop it was a serious problem. It generated hundreds of megabytes of database load, making it unsafe for us to keep using it. We asked for a refund within the 30-day cancellation period because of the damage it caused. That request was ignored. Instead, they offered to fix the issue, but the problems were already too serious for us to trust the product any longer. Based on our experience, the refund policy was not honored, and we lost 100 euro so far. Be very careful before buying, as this company caused us a lot of unnecessary hassle.

Thank you for your feedback. We were concerned to hear about the database load issues you experienced, as we understand how critical uptime is for any webshop. We would like to clarify that we do honor our refund policy, which is designed to ensure the product works as intended for our customers. When you reported the issue, our technical team immediately reached out to provide specialized support and optimization to resolve the load on your specific server environment. This is our standard process to help our users in the best possible way and ensure the integration functions correctly for their business. Since our offer to fix the technical root cause was declined, we were unable to complete the support process required by our policy. We stand by the quality of our WooCommerce Zoho Connection and remain available to assist should you reconsider allowing our team to optimize the configuration for your site.
