I purchased the subscription plugin, but it did not work properly for my needs because I was unable to get recurring payments set up correctly. I stopped using it, but the product still auto-renewed, and I later found out it is non-refundable. Please be careful and check whether auto-renewal is enabled, as it appears this may be turned on by default. Very disappointing experience.
Response from WP SwingsApr 8, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding the recurring payments, our subscription system includes multiple safeguards to ensure transparency. We send renewal reminder notifications 5 days prior to the renewal date, and customers can easily manage or cancel their subscription anytime from their account dashboard. Additionally, our team is always available to assist through support tickets, live chat, and even one-on-one meetings to help with setup or cancellation whenever needed. We understand that setting up recurring payments can sometimes be challenging depending on the configuration, and we would have been happy to assist you in getting everything working as expected. If you still need any help or would like us to review your setup, please feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.

Do not trust their advertised "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee". It is completely misleading and dishonest. I purchased their plugin relying on this guarantee, but when I realized it wasn't the right fit for me and asked for a refund within the 30 days, they flat out refused. Instead of a straightforward refund, they hide behind restrictive clauses in their terms and conditions. They force you to go through their technical support and will only consider a refund if a feature is missing or if they are completely unable to fix a bug. It is incredibly deceptive to heavily promote a "money-back guarantee" on your sales pages to build trust, only to trap customers once they've paid. If you buy from WP Swings, consider your money gone unless you are willing to fight endless email battles with their support team. Avoid them if you want peace of mind or just a try. [EDIT - March 31, 2026]: Please do NOT believe the company's reply below. They publicly claimed I asked for "custom development" or "features not included" just to save face. This is an absolute lie. I simply reported a critical BUG with their iCal synchronization (which is an advertised core feature). When synced, it completely blocks the entire calendar and makes all dates unavailable. Instead of fixing the bug, their support team ignored it, fabricated this excuse about me wanting "custom features", and refused to apply their own policy which states they refund if they can't fix an issue. Their "30-day money-back guarantee" is deceptive. Avoid this company at all costs.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret any frustration caused. At WP Swings, we always aim to maintain transparency in both our product offerings and communication. All the features currently supported by the plugin are clearly outlined on our product page, documentation, and demo. We always encourage customers to review these resources to ensure the plugin aligns with their requirements before purchase. Regarding the additional functionality you requested, it falls outside the current scope of the plugin. As discussed, we shared this as a custom development possibility in which we can help with. This was not a charge work, but an optional service for extended functionality. We also take refund requests seriously and adhere the policy. We are actively coordinating through the appropriate channel to ensure a fair resolution. If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to connect and resolve this matter amicably.

Advanced Product Variation offers all the features I was looking for. I experienced some display issues, but the support team at WP Swings worked on it right away. They communicated with me throughout the process, and then confirmed that the issues were resolved. I recommend this extension for WooCommerce.
