WPFormsReviews of wpforms.com

We recently had an issue with one of our multi-page forms. It was a time-sensitive project, and since it’s hard to find great and fast support these days, we reached out to Abhi, who confidently assured us of their excellent support team and encouraged us to create a ticket. Mike jumped in right away and resolved the issue incredibly fast, even though it required a custom fix. We’re truly impressed by the quality of support and the quick turnaround time. Thank you, Mike!

I recently had an unusual issue with WPForms and its Mailchimp Addon, and the technical support I received was outstanding. Mike Kiprutop and Kenneth Gathogo went above and beyond – responding quickly, keeping me updated at every step, and sticking with the problem until it was resolved. As someone who has dealt with many tech support teams over the years, I can honestly say they were the best I’ve ever worked with. Their absolute professionalism, expertise, and dedication truly set WPForms apart. Highly recommended!

The plugin is so easy to use, that's perfect for me. But a shout out to the team (thanks Judith) for being so patient and so helpful when I had a problem. T I am really impressed, ⭐⭐⭐😊😊

Terrible - they renewed at 3x the price without any notice. When I tried to raise a support ticket the form doesn't work!!! Says its all. I need a full refund immediately, yet no way of getting through to anyone

The Wpforms support team is the ideal partner for any serious project because they are always attentive and ready to resolve any concerns. And something truly special is their extensive documentation, which makes it much easier to take our projects to the next level. Simply outstanding. I highly recommend the services offered by the Wpforms team.

Great customer service. It is rare to find a tech company that responds in solves issues in less than 12 hours. Thank you.

Good product but they automaticly renew your contract without asking you and they can charge you by any amount without your permission! BE CAREFUL ! And you can't delete your recorded credit card so you must contact your bank to block them.

WPForms support was fantastic. Sweta quickly diagnosed why my confirmation emails weren’t sending, verified our SMTP setup, and clearly explained how our conditional notifications were limiting messages to PayPal-only submissions. She included screenshots, direct links, and step-by-step guidance so I could fix it immediately—and offered to help test again afterward. Professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Thank you!
