What could be better than wonderfully intuitive software with wonderfully friendly support? I can't think of anything right now, but that's probably because I've just had a very satisfying lunch and vacation starts tomorrow.... WPForms is a godsend for solo business-owners-slash-website-manangers like me!

I encountered the same issue as other people
I encountered the same issue as described below. It’s impossible to cancel the service without going through a cumbersome process of clicking “confirm cancellation” multiple times—seven times, to be exact. Even after all that, I am now unable to get a refund, losing $599 for nothing.
In Europe, this practice is completely unacceptable and fails to comply with consumer protection laws. Deliberately making the cancellation process excessively difficult for consumers is considered an unfair business practice. I strongly encourage you to report this behavior to the appropriate government regulatory bodies, such as the ACM (Authority for Consumers & Markets) in the Netherlands. Such practices often result in severe penalties, including hefty fines, as they are a blatant violation of consumer rights.
