Kathryn is wonderful! She is a good communicator and knowledgable in her field. She is quick in answering quesitons and tried her best to help me understand how I might be able to incorporate the Better Links plugin in my workflow. She offers great customer service and this is a key to win customer over!

Amazing tool and support. Been using it for many years and highly recommended. I have secured many lost affiliate commissions using the BetterLinks PRO plugin.

I have been requesting tech support help from Kathryn at WP developer, and it has been an absolute pleasure. She was amazing from start to finish—knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient. She quickly understood the issues I was facing, explained everything in clear, non-technical language, and resolved problems that had been slowing me down. What stood out most was her professionalism and proactive approach. Instead of just fixing the obvious issues, she took the time to identify underlying problems and went above and beyond. If you need someone who is skilled, dependable, and truly committed to delivering exceptional support, I cannot recommend them enough. I’m genuinely grateful for her help.

There are so many really useful features, and I'm satisfied with every single one of them.

Great support with sharp understanding and quick resolution. A perfect blend of AI + human assistance. Special thanks to Loren and Florance for their outstanding help.

She was extremely attentive, patient, and guided me step by step through the entire process of setting up my WordPress template. Every question I had was answered clearly, and she made sure I felt confident at each stage. Thanks to her help, everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism — I highly recommend both Laura and Templately!
