The software support provided by WP Dating is commendable, particularly in terms of responsiveness. I have been a client of theirs off an on for the past ten years. The support team consistently demonstrates a high level of attentiveness to customer queries and concerns. One of the standout features is the promptness with which they address issues, usually within 24 hours, and no downtime for updates. The team's responsiveness is truly impressive, as they swiftly acknowledge tickets and provide timely updates on the progress of problem resolution. This commitment to quick and effective communication instills confidence in clients, making them feel supported and valued. Overall, the positive responsiveness of the software support team has enhanced my overall customer experience, contributing to a sense of reliability and trust in the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. They are now my only software provider for my dating sites. The sales team has been extremely awesome as well and particularly lately with some customization requests I have submitted.
