My dog chewed and ripped these apart in 20 minutes. Absolute rubbish. But I was caught up in the scam. I messaged them and added photos of the toys all chewed up and asked for a refund. I've given them 1 star because I did at least get a reply. I can't have a refund but they will replace the toys if I send them 7.99 for shipping. I'm not throwing anymore money at them for a load of rubbish. Don't waste your money.

Do not buy from this company . My dog chewed up one of there toys in 10 minutes. Phone line is always busy and they dont reply to emails. SCAM

In my opinion this company is a scam. False advertising. Email customer support response is computer generated - exact response (verbage) for any question you ask. Phone number contact drops as soon as it's dialed.

Wow! They do not stand by their bogus guarantee. I bought 2 indestructible chew toys from these scammers and like everyone else here, did not get a response when I wanted to return the toy as they advertised. What I did get after filing a complaint through PayPal, was several attempts to get money out of my account. This company may look like it is in the US, but they are foreign scammers. Once again, I was scammed when I bought something advertised on Fake Book.

Wowpetsmart advertises chew toy for heavy chewers. Nothing could be further from the truth. We purchased a couple of these over priced chew toys for our corgi, our CORGI, and within just a minutes he had the toy torn up and the stuffing pulled out. We've purchased similar toys for a lot less at Walmart that fared better. If anyone purchases these "heavy chew toys" they might just as well go the ATM, take out a cash withdrawal for the amount they would pay for these toys and light it on fire. By doing that you could at least use the paper as fire starter during a family campout. Better yet, if you have already purchased one of these toys just toss it on the fire. Save yourself the aggravation of watching your pet destroy this toy knowing you just wasted your money on something advertised as being better than other chew toys on the market.

My small Yorkie destroyed one of the toys within a half a day. I have contacted them several time and there is no answer. They guarantee their products from destruction or they will replace them. They are no better than any other dog toy out there. They are not cheap!! Absolutely do not buy from them!
