Agree with the other negative reviews. My big chewer Labrador retriever had the duck torn apart in 10 minutes. First the wings, then the legs, and then the the stuffing came out. This company should be put out of business for their lying ads and customer service lack of response.

Wish i'd read these reviews before making a purchase, unfortunately I didn't even get to the stage of experiencing how shoddy the goods are, as they never arrived!!! After 2 weeks of emailing and getting no response I realised I had been scammed and then came online to read all these reviews. Avoid this company at all costs. Disgusting.

I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago, but nothing has happened to it since. The company took my money, but does not reply to my equerries. The phone number does not work and the automatic replies from the support@wowpetsmart are just ridiculous. DO not order anything form this company. It is a scam or just about to go backrupsy

Pretty much the same as everyone else. Bought a 4 pack of ChewAnimal toys for "Strong Chewers". One lost two limbs and ears on first night, then stuffing next day. Another lost ears & tail on first night. Only upside is the rope ones seem to last a little longer. I was totally duped by the FB reviews and promise of guarantee, then they slug you with postage. Now, when they arrived, I knew something was wrong as the packaging (cheap plastic) is exactly the same as from Temu. These are cheap items that probably cost less than a dollar. When the company fails to refund and offers extras for postage, they know we'll eventually give up. They'll still have broken even.

I would do negative stars if I could. My dogs destroyed these toys in 5 minutes. I reached out multiple times to get the free guaranteed replacement. No response. Disputed with PayPal and they responded to them the last day possible. I will now be cancelling my Paypal for siding with a scam of a company over a 15 year customer!!

Terrible. Product lasted 5 minutes. Do not buy!
