Purchased two of these. Took a video of them upon arrival, again when we gave them to our dog to play with and literally just 10 minutes later when he had found the extremely weak seams and ripped them open. Sent said videos to company and have yet to hear from them and their phone # is unassigned when you call. Certainly don’t want a replacement as they won’t last for a gentle chewer let alone a more aggressive one. A complete waste of money.

Doesn’t deserve a star. In less than three minutes my one year old Cockerspaniel had chewed an ear off one of the toys.

Why oh why did I not read the reviews before buying!! I have a tiny toy Cavoodle and he completely trashed this toy within 3 minutes of giving it to him. Imagine if someone with a larger dog purchased these so-called indestructible toys! Complete waste of money. I emailed the company, but never heard back from them so they obviously know they are selling shonky goods in the hope people don't read the reviews before buying. I will never make that mistake again. This company should be closed down for their blatant false advertising alone. Absolutely disgusting!

Complete rubbish , dog tore it open in 5minutes , requested a refund and have totally ignored me, the same product is $4 on temu

Like an idiot I ordered toys without checking reviews or Trust Pilot - I could tell when I opened the package they were not going to last long. Typical soft plushie. It lasted under 10 minutes before being completely destroyed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless the toy is for a toothless gerbil to play with.

How can this company improve you ask? By giving everyone who has been scammed into buying these 'invincible' 'robust' dog toys like me A FULL REFUND! It took my miniature dachshund 10 minutes (if that) to rip the ears of both of the toys I bought from this company in good faith! Should I have done my research first? Yes, probably BUT this company should not be allowed to continue to trade with such lies and deception!! I wanted to give 0 stars, in fact minus stars if this was an option!

Well silly me for not doing my usual research and checking reviews on this company. Wow pet smart company are terrible DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The so called indestructible toy lasted 10 minutes. Then when you contact them all you get is an automatic email response offering the chance for a replacement toy only costing you $7.99 postage. Nope not sending them another cent. I contacted PayPal, as suggested by others to put in a complaint regarding this company and they are doing a review for me. I don’t expect to get my money back but I really hope they remove the PayPal payment option from the company.

Absolute rubbish. I wish I’d thought to look on Trust Pilot first. The toys are cute but indestructible they are not. They’re similar to toys that cost £5 at Tesco or Home Bargains. Mac (Spaniel 8 months) ripped the arms off Wolfie in ten minutes. I emailed to get my free replacement and the company replied the next day offering a replacement for £7.99 shipping or if I spent over £30 on other items, they would send the replacement and waive the fee. No thanks, I’d rather buy 6 toys from the supermarket thanks. Scammy scamsters. Sadly, I didn’t pay with PayPal so can’t even contribute to getting their account suspended by raising a complaint. DON’T BUY!
