I placed an order in November 16th and have yet to receive the order. Left NUMEROUS voicemails and sent the same in emails and nothing. Their website state they are available for 8 to 6, I’ve yet to get to a real person. Instead the message is: ‘the Google subscriber is not available I’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge

I would not give them one star if there was a choice of NO STARS! Pathetic quality of what they claim online of durability. My 10 month old dachsund tore the yellow duck up in five minutes!!!! Do not buy!!!

Worthless and when you ask for a guaranteed replacement they tell you to send them shipping money or to spend $39 when the original product was $35. In my opinion a Total scam!

Scam company. Asked them to replace the toy that broke and they don't respond. Asked multiple times, nothing. The toys are cheap that you can buy from home bargains.

This is a scam company that stole my money, won't respond to emails, and has a bogus phone number on their website. Will have my bank cancel this transaction.
