SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I recently discovered this site and wish I had checked it out before purchasing from this company. I was so excited to order gifts for my puppy, but it’s been three weeks, and I still haven’t received anything and my emails are being ignored. Fake tracking number provided.Unfortunately, I didn't pay via PayPal so now out of pocket $150. An expensive learning lesson. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I had researched more. Lasted all of 6 minutes. False advertising and the promise of replacement is a joke as the product is not as advertised. Do not waste your money. I got caught up in the hope that maybe there was a toy that our boy would not destroy… but he did, with ease. Do not waste your money.

I ordered 4 items on 11/14/24 and todate (11/26/24) I have received no communications and no items. I paid via Paypal and will be filing a claim for a full refund of $54.99. I hve tried to call a dozen times and the number immediately hangs up. Not a company I'd do business with

Would give 0 stars if I could. Paid $50 for 2 toys and never received them. They gave a fake tracking number for delivery, and emails to 'customer service' go unanswered. The phone number on their website isn't even valid. Don't get scammed!

Terrible quality with a hefty price tag. advertised as suitable for tough chewers. A complete fabrication. Lasted 5 minutes. I've come across a whole host of reviews that agree with me.

Zero customer service. Email went unanswered and phone number doesn't even ring. They say they will replace toys that are destroyed by your dog, but there is no way to reach them. Stay away!

When I saw that these toys were "indestructible" I thought, "Yes, finally something that will last! Even if they start to tear, I can get them replaced!" Well, I ordered 2 and got 2 free for my 4 dogs. It took forever for them to arrive! When they finally did come, it took less than an hour for my chihuahuas to have them in pieces! I was so disappointed. I sewed them up and put them back in service. I emailed the company to let them know what happened and asked for the free replacements. Well, that was about a month ago and I have since sent them 2 more emails and put a negative comment on their Facebook page...and still have not heard from them. Only the stuffed pig is left, but he's going fast. I should have known better than to order anything off of Facebook. I have before and have gotten ripped off. I hope other people read these reviews before purchasing from this DISHONEST company.

Update, both tentacles from octopus have come out of their stomachs with no problem thank goodness. I wish I had read this site before buying 6 animals. I can't find the ducks arm, or 2 tentacles off the octopus. I'm afraid my dogs have swallowed them. We are watching their poop. All six animals were so cute. But, in two days all are torn up. I have emailed pictures and explanations to the company. I don't want another animal. I want my money returned.
