Wowo SimReviews of wowosim.com

Amazing! Very kind, fast and professional support! Can’t wait to use my esim in Hungary!

one of the best esim... great

I'm very greatful because the quick response I got for all my question from the customer service as well as the patience given during handling the issue that I experienced related my eSIM registration. Thank you very much.

Pretty cheap, easy to install. Works well with the app. 5/5

I had the pleasure of using Wowo SIM’s eSIM data service today, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed! The setup process was super smooth and intuitive, making it incredibly easy to activate the service. I’ve tried several other eSIM providers in the past, but none of them compare to the seamless experience Wowo SIM offers. The data speeds were fast and reliable, which made browsing, streaming, and staying connected while traveling a breeze. I was especially impressed with how the service worked across multiple regions with no interruptions. Whether I was in a busy city or a more remote area, the signal was strong, and I didn’t experience any unexpected charges or slowdowns. Customer service was also top-notch. I had a small question during activation, and their support team was quick to respond and very helpful. It's rare to find such attentive customer care these days. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely continue using Wowo SIM for all my future eSIM needs. If you’re looking for a reliable and easy-to-use eSIM service provider, Wowo SIM is the way to go!

Great support and very fast response! This was my second time using an eSIM, and they guided me through everything! The data works perfectly, and their plan prices are the affordable I've seen compared to other providers. Had a great experience with WoWo Sim. Thank you guys!

I bought their Esim after checking their list of compatible mobile phones to make sure mine was compatible. It was on their list of compatible devices. I tried to download their Esim and it wouldn't download so I went to my service provider to see what was wrong and why I couldn't download it. Apparently, my mobile model was not Esim compatible even though it was on the list from Wowo Esim. They wouldn't issue me a refund and kept my money and said it was my responsibility to make sure my mobile was compatible. They don't care if you lose your money just as long as they made their sale. What kind of company is this? They have no integrity. Korean variant? Who would know that their phone had more than 1 variant when purchasing? No one gives you that information when making a purchase. I did not purchase my phone in Korea. I looked it up on google to make sure it was Esim compatible and it said that it was. What more could I do? The Wowo Master Service Agreement specifically states "Pre-Activation Refunds" Full refunds are available if the Esim is not activated and requested within 15 days. My Esim was never activated. They don't even follow their own master agreement. This company is like some insurance companies that when you have a problem and make a claim they find every excuse not to pay.

Я использую в первые Wowo Sim. Я с помощью оператора активировал свой eSIM.
