I have used wowo eSim before with no problems.. this time my original esim expired after 30 days and I purchased a top up for my expired eSim but because the original esim had expired the top up would not work, it must be done before the original esim expires..customer service looked at my case and a new esim for the price I paid for the top up was provided thanks to the CSR at wowo customer service for helping me to get back on track..remember Do Not buy a top up after the original eSim has expired..do it before to avoid any issues..
