Damaged Tables Taken Care Of
We had some damaged tables on this last shipment, and everything is getting taken care of very well. This is not the first time that we have had damage, and I knew that we would be taken care of well. Worthington Direct is my go-to for most anything that I need for our school district.

I appreciated the update that my table…
I appreciated the update that my table order would be delayed and the agreed upon $100 refund. I later followed up to find out the order was delayed another month. Upon this update, I requested a refund. I appreciated the prompt response of my refund. The three stars are more associated with the supplier than the company itself. Customer service did a fabulous job!

Incredibly frustrating trying to place…
Incredibly frustrating trying to place the order! I tried 3 different browsers and finally got it to go with Chrome.

I think everything was ok until I got pay . The shipping fee was really high the only reason why I still did it is because we really need the items. But there has to be a better way
