Shipping discrepancies
Customer service contacted me regarding shipping address being different from what was in the system. They didn't have to do that. I was very grateful they did because it would have been delivered to the wrong place. Not many companies would look closely at the difference.

Exceptional service, exceptional products!
For the last few years, I've had a great relationship with my rep at Worthington, Sharon. She makes the process incredibly simple from start to finish. In addition to the ease of ordering that she provides, the products are also top notch. As I work in a school, my top concerns are durability and appearance. Don't order if you want updates
I received absolutely no feedback about my order. I had to constantly reach out to find out any information on my order. Not to mention several delays made my orders arrive several weeks later than originally quoted. I'm only giving a second star because if I reached out during the week, typically I would get a pretty swift response from customer service. However, the entire process was not handled well at all.
