The entire experience with Worldwide was good. The sales person was very knowledgeable. The measuring staff and installers were very professional. The quality of installation was also excellent. I would recommend Worldwide to anyone.

My initial review of Worldwide was not favorable as I felt the level of service was not up to the level it should have been. I am happy to say that since that time, Worldwide's management stepped in and made things right. They came in and corrected any and all issues I had. Now knowing their support of the product, I would recommend them as a company that stands behind their products.

I started out buying a laminated floor for my den. It is on a cement flooring and it would have cost me $900 more to level the floor, so I went with carpeting and had the room next also carpeted. The job was will done.

We had dealt with Jeff when we installed the hardwood in our first floor and he was great. So, we headed right back to him for the second floor project. He is really knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat and helpful. After we completed the sale he stayed right with us and was there to help us with questions and explain things. The installer was great as well. There are a lot of stairs to our second floor and he did the job alone (my only criticism and the reason for the 4 stars) so he made hundreds of trips up and down the stairs measuring, cutting and installing the wood. The finished floor looks great and we're thrilled with it.

The quality of the installation was muted by the fact that when the grout between the tiles dried there were significant number of noticeable cracks. Re-grouting was required and an appointment was scheduled. After the re-grouting the issue was resolved.

Just had our floors installed. We chose Armstrong's Tigerwood. It's absolutely beautiful. Installation was done in one day!

Our sales person, Leslie was excellent. Went out of her way to get samples of what we had in mind. The work by the installers was good. I would use Worldwide again.
