Upon my arrival at worldwide floors I was greeted by Alex vaynstein . I was looking for flooring for my kitchen renovation , looked at tile first , then wood . Worldwide had a very nice tile display ,Alex was very knowledgeable About all tile products . Since I had tile already in my kitchen Alex escorted my wife and i to the wood section .way to many nice choices.,but one product caught our eye,Brazlian teak . Had to order and came in when promised . I would recommend worldwide and Alex Vaynstein to anyone . O by the way floor went in with ease it was milled perfectly .

Been using WW for years. Usually helpful and with good installation. This time the installation was even more so and the crew, German and Alex, couldn't have been better.

Our sales person Christina Ratycz was great. She helped us decide on a floor tile that is perfect for our kitchen makeover. Matt did the measurement and managed the installation of the new floor. It looks great. I would recommend Worldwide to anyone needing flooring.

The entire process was great. I first saw the promotion at Costco. After contacting Costco to inquire on the phone I got a call from Marty S. within an hour. We set up an appointment for that Saturday. The appointment for measuring and selecting went great. A few weeks later the installation was scheduled. The install team headed by Marcio was great. They completed my project in 7 hours. That was less than anticipated. Great job from top to bottom.

I would absolutely recommend Worldwide and have already recommended them to my family. I dealt directly with Alex, the Store Manager of the Fairfield store. He was very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me various items in various price to points without trying oversell me. They have a huge selection and he was able to focus me so I did not feel overwhelmed. I bought the carpet a few months in advance of when I actually needed it and he was very accomodating and patient with my schedule (I was having construction done). Worldwide was super efficient to deal with and yet still very personal. Alex kept in touch with me through the entire process from purchase to post-install, checking in to be sure all went well! I had a great experience and will definitely return!
