Exemplary service!
I have purchased bathroom floor & wall tile, kitchen floor tile and bedroom carpeting all from the WW Edison, NJ store. I must say I was quite impressed by the level of knowledge and just good, old fashioned customer service provided by Susan in the tile dept. She not only knew tiling in & out but she was so helpful in general interior design, carpeting considerations and even went above & beyond and visited my home and take a look at my basement while it was under construction to offer her advice! You just don't see this type of customer service every day and we will forever be indebted to her. The carpet installation by Maurice was also fantastic. The job was large and the room dimensions were challenging but Maurice showed great "engineering" know-how and a very strong work ethic in completing the job. He stayed VERY late and put in a great deal of effort to make sure the room looked like a million bucks. All in all, I would recommend WW Edison store to any and all. A 100% satisfaction rating from me!
