I have dealt with World Wide Carpet twice before but it was for installs for my employer. Both experiences were very positive. This time I needed flooring replaced in my home. Joe Adalia, one of the measurers for World Wide, was very helpful in recommending the appropriate flooring. Marcio, the installer, and his co-worker (whose name I don't know) were very friendly and polite. On the initial install day Marcio noticed that the floor the were covering was very unleveled. He suggested leveling it first and coming back to do the install. He said if he laid the flooring on the unleveled floor it would buckle after being walked on a few times. I appreciated him wanting to do his job right the first time and not just lay the floor. He and his co-worker moved heavy furniture for me, put it back after they were done and cleaned up after themselves. It was a very good experience and I would recommend World Wide Carpet to friends and family as well as use them again myself when the need arises.

About 10 years ago I purchased carpeting for my Lrm and Drm and steps at Worldwide Wholesale in Edison NJ. Wanting to change the color I had noticed a smaller store slightly closer so I figured I would take a look at what they had? after a few minutes going through a tiny selection at high pricing I had walked out wanting my Worldwide back!, they truly are the best selection ,best service and best value out there for your money ,Matter of fact since the carpet was still looking great I had decided to keep the color and have them come out just to restretch a couple areas that had buckled due to moving some furniture around which was Suggested by Shawn ,Im impressed not only with the carpet from 10 years ago but the honesty that saved me thousands!, they always have my business!

My husband and I had a beach house that was severely damaged by super storm Sandy. We came to Worldwide and met Shawn who helped us pick out all new flooring. The timeline for installation was constantly changing due to all kinds of permit and logistical problems and Worldwide was always flexible. Our flooring for the entire house is absolutely beautiful, but more important, in a very difficult situation Worldwide really shined. After we chose the flooring, we met with Susan who helped us design the tiling for the bathrooms. Again the timeline was always changing and Worldwide was always accommodating. We are finally using our beach house and the bathrooms are beautiful. I can't thank Shawn an s Susan enough and highly recommend them. In a very difficult situation they were just a pleasure to deal with.

While my salespeople were not as attentive as I expected, they did apologize after I complained. The variety of product and the installation was very good.

After giving my initial deposit, I then read a lot of negative reviews about Worldwide installers; nothing could be farther from the truth. The ENTIRE experience was above exceptional, from the sales, to selection, and especially the intallers. They were more like artisians, then just mere "floor installers." I have recommended Worldwide to four friends, and would, without any hesitation, recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful floors and experienced personnel assisting you with your selection. As a retired Contruction Project Manager who used to work on a $100 million dollar portfolio of buildings in Bethesda MD, I would not have hesitated for a minute in using Worldwide on any of my projects; I'm just sorry I didin't know about them then!!
