Installers were knowledgeable, careful and courteous and worked as a good team.

It was raining lightly when two men came to install. To keep the roll of carpet dry, they asked if they could do the cutting in my garage. Of course! They removed the old carpet and took it with them. Then they installed the new carpet in an upstairs room and down the stairs. This was the second time I bought from worldwide. I was happy both times.

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Worldwide Carpet and purchasing my vinyl flooring. There actual was a problem with my original purchase, I ordered laminate but it turned out I really should have order vinyl plank(due to the fact that my floor was uneven). However, it was taken care of immediately and the Laminate flooring was returned along with special moldings without any problem. The new vinyl plank was installed a week later. I ordered Carpeting at one of those Home Improvement centers recently and that turned out to be a nightmare. I am so glad I chose Worldwide for my flooring and wouldn't hesitate to return for any additional flooring needs.

I love my new carpet. Worldwide contacted me to provide time prior to installation. The installers, Don and Alberto, did an excellent job. They were professional, and affective answering any questions about moving furniture as well as carpet care. These installers are an asset to Worldwide. I would certainly recommend Worldwide to anyone especially friends and family.
