Worldwide replaced all the flooring in my 30-year old townhome (mostly carpet, some linoleum and hardwood) with beautiful hardwood flooring about six months ago. It would be hard for me to be more satisfied with the results. I had had good previous experience (prior homes) doing business with Worldwide. But I actually wanted to "buy local" and purchase from a small flooring storefront in my new hometown. I soon became frustrated as my shopping experience with the local store was not customer friendly. So I decided to go to Worldwide, and I received the attention and service that conventional wisdom, would suggest I was more likely to receive only from a local provider. It started with Worldwide locating the exact product that I wanted (I actually first found it at another store). The WW estimator came at my convenience to measure and "educated" me about what would work best at certain points of the install (staircase / transitions, etc.). Installation date started "on-time", and they worked a loooong day to make it happen within my timeframe. The guys were efficient and friendly. Six months later, everyone who enters my home admires my flooring. Great experience.

I was very pleased with Jeff, the salesperson at Lawrence Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings. He was courteous, pleasant and accommodating. The process of buying and scheduling installation was perfect. Job was completed on time and beautifully.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. She left me alone to study carpet options & colors, but quickly helped me when I had questions. The installers did an outstanding job of removing the old carpet, installing the new carpet, and cleaning up the work area as the project progressed. Excellent from start to finish!!!

We had carpet installed yesterday and it was a perfect job. We are very pleased. The installation technicians were friendly and professional. They had to make a seam for us and I seriously cannot find it, they did such an incredible job! Our salesperson Jeff was very helpful with our carpet and the flooring we purchased as well. We have never been disappointed by Worldwide.

I had my great room upgraded with a beautiful engineered wood floor, and it was a terrific experience from ordering to measurement to installation and clean up. We spend about 80℅ of our waking hours in the room if we are not working, so it is very important room to us. The installation crew was excellent, professional, and very neat, which made the transition even better!!
