I had recently gone to Worldwide for tile and was not helped at all. The customer service was awful and I left without being helped. So when I needed to look for hardwood floors, I was extremely skeptical about going back. However, I am sure glad I did. My salesman Doug was great and the ladies at customer service were very helpful both in the store and on the phone. But I can't forget about the installation technicians...they were fantastic! They did a beautiful job and we're still smiling after a 9 hour install! I truly couldn't be happier! Thank you!

I bought a new carpet for my bedroom using the deal of the month and it was very inexpensive and high-quality. The salesman Chris help me pick out the color and style and in-store Diego was very nice on time and did the work very fast
