Booked with Rovia dozens of times and never had any issues. In fact, their customer service has been better than other booking engines in my experience as well. There doesn't seem to be any misleading information and I always get what I'm expecting when I book.

I always find the best prices on my Rovia site!

I have started using Rovia in February of 2016. During my experience, I have used the online booking engine for airlines, hotels and car rentals. Using the site is easy. You just put in your search dates and location and the list of available hotels pops up. Just like any other site except I have always gotten the lowest price. I do like to get on the other sites to shop around but using my site it has been my experience that they have the best deal. I have been on 7 vacations this year alone and one of those was a dreamtrip to Walt Disney World. On our dreamtrip, we went in July since kids were out of school. I had research Disney vacations before and never thought I could afford to take my family as going was several thousand dollars and that didn't include necessities like food or transportation! My dreamtrip was for 2 adults and 2 kids. We went for $1100! Included was our hotel stay, a hot breakfast buffet, 2 day park hopper passes, transportation, and a cocktail party! Pur friends who are platinum members got tickets to Universal studios that they can use anytime through out the next year! So booking the trip with our membership was like we got a free hotel stay! The other vacations were for business and other destinations that didn't have a wholesale trip at the destination we wanted to go to. I have booked enough travel that I actually had enough rovia bucks to cover my hotel stay and car rental when I traveled to Miami! I never really got FREE travel with Expedia. I also like to check that everything I book goes through, just cause I'm like that, so after I recieve my booking confirmation I call Rovia to check and make sure it is in the system. I do this just to help with quality control and everytime I am not surprised that everything is good to go. I have total peace of mind knowing that this is the best way to travel and save myself so much time booking travel. I have personally never had a problem with the service! Thank you Rovia for making travel simple. My family has thoroughly enjoyed our vacations!

Booked a stay at a Hilton property in Raleigh, NC a couple weeks ago as my son had a hockey tournament there. The group rate the team had was much better than the normal online rate from the hotel itself. However, I booked through the Rovia website and I got a suite for about $10 less than the group rate the team had for a normal room! It was awesome! And I still got my Hilton points! This is actually a typical example of the great prices and rooms I have gotten through Rovia over the last seven years. Super happy! One time I even called because I wanted to book at a hotel that I couldn't find online and they handled the booking for me over the phone. After dozens of satisfied bookings I am a loyal customer!
