Very quick email response
Very quick email response. I am very positively surprised. Although I solved the problem myself, the contact with the administrator is great. I sincerely recommend this service!

total waste of money... the plugin I buy was licensed for a single domain. How could they sell it? so its seems not real plugin and could be vulnerable. They have nonsense support . We purchased the AliDropship Woo Plugin. Plugin is encrypted with ioncube. and the developer knows well that after encrypting for a specific php version it can't work with latest php version. When we requested them for updated version of plugin then they just abused and treated obscenely. ALSO, that plugin is required to have a license for a single domain. They fool us by saying it's original. If so where is the license key for our website? more, when we asked for refund they just posted a fake refund on their site. its total waste of money.

This is a fake duplicate review by the same user that had written the previous review under the name of "Zeshan Ahmed", trying to bypass TrustPilot's safety mechanisms, bulk spam bad reviews and hurt the business. We've contacted TrustPilot for review removal. Proceeding with the reply we gave that user on their initial review with the correct name, so anybody reading this can be fully aware of the situation: The user in question purchased a small theme for 4 dollars on July 18th. He then contacted by email saying "this is pathetic! my site gives me the error allowed memory size of 10219469824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)"" (I know that to all of you reading it's very clear that it's an error on the user's server.. with a low memory limit via a simple PHP setting which they can fix with their hosting by increasing it with a mouse click, but that's not clear to Mr Zeshan). Screenshot of initial contact with personal info redacted of course: https://ibb.co/SwnQLCj At that point since the user refused to follow simple instructions we decided to simply refund the order (as there is a certain type of users/people we just do not wish to have any sort of business with, prime example is Mr Zeshan), and the order was immediately refunded on our payment processor Stripe and issued an ARN number which they can check with their bank / CC company at any time to see the refund's whereabouts. Screenshot of the full refund, dates processed and ARN with personal info redacted of course: https://ibb.co/F8Rjdx3 What is ARN (For Mr. Zeshan for the 10th time): https://support.stripe.com/questions/how-to-trace-a-refund-using-arns-and-stans Since then, Mr Zeshan has been spamming us on all platforms about his $4.99 order, claiming he did not receive the refund (as in in this very review), instead of SIMPLY ASKING THEIR BANK with the TID and code we provided. We repeatedly explained the his $4.99 refund was sent a month ago (July 18th 2023) and that it was completely processed on our end, at which point the only place to inquire would be with their bank with the transaction ID and the details we provided. But to Mr Zeshan that was not enough, as he kept on spamming and behaving aggressively, to end up sending us a horrible message full of cursing, profanity and foul language, which you can find below in all its glory: https://ibb.co/vBxjxGr At that point they went ahead and blocked our support, continuing to submit this fake TrustPilot review and another one from the name of "Haider Ali", to try and spam bad reviews to hurt the business. Of course we deal with many kinds of people and do our very best to best serve all of them regardless of character, nationality, religion and even behaviour. But a case like that with people of this sort is quite rare as this person is a very unusual form of aggressive abuser and fraudster, so we therefore felt obliged to tell (and prove) the whole story as we did here above. We will of course keep working with TrustPilot to remove slander and attempts of abuse as well as fake reviews, and will most definitely keep serving our loyal customer-base with the best support and service in the industry.

They are frauds. I purchased the theme and that was cracked. don't waste your money. They are sob fraud. they never refunded. and ARN seems not valid which the provided because I am unable to trace refund by using that. They only displayed messages on their site but nothing received even after month. Their support is very bad. I don't want to use such a fraudulent website. beware... don't waste your money guys.

I am thrilled to share my experience with a phenomenal plugin I purchased from WorldPressIT for an incredibly affordable price of just $4.99. This plugin has completely transformed the way I manage my WordPress website, and I couldn't be more impressed.

Support is not good. I bought JNEWS theme but can't import theme. Support teams help but nothing is done. When I want to get money back, and there is no answer via e-mail.

good price, i tried checking the source code by comparing with the themes i currently have and it's completely clean. Hopefully wordpressit can keep its credibility.

AMAZING SUPPORT!!!!! i have purchased 4 plugins previously and had a minor issue which was not an error from their side. within a few minutes they replied to me and resolved the issue without having to beg or ask again. I signed up for the lifetime package now due to being so impressed and i have to say that this saves you money by using their plugins and the support is way better than what you will get from anyone else. i have had no issues with any of the plugins i have used and my website looks amazing. Thank you patrick and the support team i am highly impressed and hope all the best for your company.
