My wife loved the ring I got from here, but it tarnished and turned fairly quickly.

It's larger than I ordered. I have many rings size 11 and this one is too big.

Don't rely on their shipping details. I paid for premium shipping which said delivers in 6 to 10 days and after 10 days, I received a mssg saying my order is ready to ship! Wonder how long it'll take to reach. In this age, they don't have order tracking either... Customer service is equally useless... Don't waste your money and time shopping with them

Dear Valued Customer, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delay in your order and the lack of real-time tracking information. Regarding the shipping timeline, the 6-10 day estimate on our website refers to the delivery window after the order has been dispatched. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our brand. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
