It's larger than I ordered. I have many rings size 11 and this one is too big.

Understand that if you live in the United States, it will cost you roughly $35 to send your order back to this company, PLUS it has to go through customs and there is no guarantee it won't get sent back and you have to pay to try and send it again.

Took two weeks from ordering before any shipping update. I didn’t realise it was a Chinese company. My fault for not checking more reviews.. The shirt did NOT look like the picture. I’m embarrassed to give it as a gift 😣 I would not recommend.
Response from WorldnorseDec 22, 2025
Dear Bec, We sincerely apologize for the delayed shipping update and any disappointment caused—this was due to an unprecedented surge in orders during the peak season, which strained our processing timelines. While your order’s overall delivery window still falls within the timeframe stated on our website, we recognize the shipping update delay was frustrating, and we’re sorry for that inconvenience. We’re truly sorry the shirt did not meet your expectations and that you’re dissatisfied with its appearance compared to the product images. Our team will reach out to you via email shortly to discuss a resolution that addresses your concerns. Thank you for your feedback—we take all customer comments seriously and are committed to making this right. We appreciate your understanding, and we’ll be in touch soon.

12/10/25 Update to original review: WorldNorse refunded 50% of my cost for the 2 clothing items that were not as shown (bathrobe type material rather than outerwear material). To be clear, their refund policy does state the buyer must pay return shipping for refund requests, and the company rep cautioned me my package would have a high chance of being lost, so I should also purchase insurance if I had gone that route. Very pricey to ship internationally, I decided against that. I do appreciate the company instead agreeing to a partial refund. However, I do wish their products were advertised honestly. If you order a clothing item, expect a downgraded version of the pictured item you order. Initial review: I have requested a refund via email within their 30 day refund policy, even though they say below that they can't find my order. I will update my rating/review if they do allow the refund as they should. We ordered two coats/jackets as a gift for our son, totalling over $130, and what we got was 2 items that are basically bathrobes. The site uses AI photos of clothing that looks and is described as high quality material, but in reality it is a lightweight terrycloth bathrobe material, with no shape or form to the items. Will be back to update on the status.

even though I ordered the boots a month before I needed then, they arrived too late to be of any use to me this year.

The ring I got was not the ring advertised. Ring I got was clearly a cheap drop shipped ring and not anywhere as detailed as the ring pictured on the website

Seriously overpriced in my opinion. The product is of inferior quality then what the pictures suggest. In the end you get somehow, what is presented to you. But the details, the quality are questionable considering the price.
