I would rather give 0 stars. We were lied to by Cody Lynch. We were held for 5 hours and pressed into a contract. We were adamant that we did not want them to run our credit or want a loan. 30 days later, we have a Wyndham Fin loan on our credit and credit score dropped 30 points. We did not agree to a loan.

I wish I could’ve give no star. Stayed at the WorldMark in Orlando Florida and were bitten by bed bugs room: . 4-314 this isn’t a nice place to stay. Terrible to have to go on vacation and contract bed bugs. My three young children had to go through this. Stay Away From there. Check beds and sheets before u visit

I appear to be getting incorrect information when trying to make a reservation. The website shows availability but will not let me finalize a booking (13 months in advance) There reservation representatives tell me there is NO availability. This cannot be true. It appears there may be some kind of fraudulent activity here. Where is all the inventory going? I have been a member since 1999 and have never experienced in all those years what is happening now. I have filed a wire fraud complaint with the FBI to get their actions on record.

After 26 years, the companies going downhill. Had a representative lie to me about specific benefits and then when I found out I was misinformed they tried to make me pay for more credits just to fix the mistake of the rep. The Lies-Promises of future personal assistance from the sales manager, when it is illegal for sales rep to talk to customers after the sale. My mom was promised this twice, 2021 & 2022, then purchased more credits at Seaside. Stating they are held to a higher standard as licensed Real Estate brokers in ORE. Bellingham office had us forge my father off the account replacing w/the daughter there, to buy more credits without him. It’s an unethical company money driven they don’t care about members no matter how long you’ve been there. Complained to corp. office, they blamed us. Avoid at all costs. The debit this has caused will haunt me for years. Liars to your face.

My experience with Wyndham Club since signing the contract in February 2016 has been incredibly disappointing. From the initial cold call promising a free 3-day cruise to ongoing misinformation and unfulfilled promises, Wyndham has shown a complete lack of integrity. During the presentation, we made it clear that we didn't want another timeshare, but Wyndham's representatives were relentless. They eventually offered a compromised half-week timeshare, assuring us we could still use it every other year. However, when we tried to book, we were told we didn't have enough ownership, forcing us to purchase additional days. We were given false information about the timeshare's value appreciation and the ability to rent it out. The claim that our children could inherit prepaid vacation time turned out to be untrue, as they would be burdened with maintenance fees forever. Attempts to book vacations and utilize the timeshare have been met with constant obstacles and staff changes. The promised "free 3-day cruise" never materialized. Wyndham’s monthly calls for "update" meetings have proven to be nothing more than attempts to sell us more timeshare, without providing any meaningful updates. Our countless efforts to communicate with Wyndham and find usable options have been met with frustration and a lack of assistance. As retired individuals on fixed incomes, the substantial costs we've incurred for a timeshare we can't fully utilize have become increasingly burdensome. Wyndham Club's deceptive practices and failure to deliver on promises have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to approach their offers with caution and be wary of the misinformation that accompanies their presentations.

I will never book a trip from them again, me and my family was going to ohio and booked a hotel at Super 8 by Wyndham Sandusky and they scammed us, I told them july 14-18 were my days and i repeated it multiple times, and come to find out the man put june 14-20 and I didn’t even know and when june 14 came they took money off my card, I was so confused and called them they said ma’am you book for june and i said no how will I book for june and I’m at work and not in ohio I said i booked for july and could you switch my days because me and my family really needs this vacation and they gave me a hard time and I don’t want the money just switch my days to the month and days I want and they still haven’t and they have my money still to, Im so upset, they are not legit. People should not do this, I wanted a vacation to relax, but noo I got played and no one won’t even help me

I loved bonus time. Can no longer get it because people are not able to get their $ back if they cancel and someone else buys the unused room. No cancelations: no bonus time. Will this ever be looked at because being able to look forward to finding bonus time was great. I am no longer a happy timeshare owner.

I have been a owner over 20 years. The last couple of years they have outsourced their rooms. Its been horrible to get reservations for the owners, I made a reservation to the Oceanside Resort and then added 2 more days. They charged me 2 housekeeping fees and then credit protection. I thought I was changing my housekeeping fee, I have double charges and this happened on Friday. I have been on hold hours (like 6.5 hours on hold). One lady was disconnected me and didn't call back. They have become a joke. The other lady told me her supervisor wont credit my account. This is a new option. I called all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday they were closed, we are on Wednesday and I have been trying every day for hours. Don't buy this timeshare!
