There is some new promo that pops up when I log into my account. It doesn't matter if I click yes or no, it takes me back to the login screen. I don't have 2+ hours to wait on hold with customer service only to be hung up on, which happened last time I tried to access my account.

Do not buy from this company. Maintenance fees are ridiculous and availability for property could be non existent booking thru worldmark. At this point I can easily book a week at a resort on Expedia for cheaper than what it cost to pay my annual maintenance dues. Trying to resolve issue with their Customer service department is ridiculous. I’ve been given the run around for 6 months trying to resolve an issues. Reading up I am finding out there are law suits against Worldmark for fraud. I would stay clear of Worldmark I’m sure they will soon be bankrupt due to all their fraudulent behavior.

They gave us a gift card of 150$ prepaid card for getting through presentation and marketing sessions. They canceled the card the moment we were out of their premises. No help afterwards. There should be a minus -10 stars option for such companies.

WOW I had to put a 1 Star. We were turned away since we were Canadian. I don’t have my passport, as I own property in the US and stay for 6 months. After reading the reviews, I have to say a big thank you to all who have written their reviews, enlightening, scam, problems booking, disrespect. I will spend my money on other ways to travel.

The presentations are misleading and deceptive - borderline fraudulent. We got the big ol' shpeel and when we asked for the details in writing to review and/or have our attorney look at were told they were not available...right after being told it was a real estate transaction because of our grandfathered ownership status. After we said we needed time we were told we had 3 hours to think about it because the "special offer" expired when the office closed that day. Needless to say, we passed. The whole process is sleazy and in some ways I feel sorry for the employees who blatantly try to take advantage of people under the guise of "doing them a favor."

Do not purchase a timeshare from Worldmark by Wyndham. They are currently worth NOTHING compared to how much they charge these days. I cannot speak for other timeshare companies, but I can speak about my experience with Worldmark. They made false selling points to convince us into purchasing a timeshare that we were told costs around $20,000. (While writing this, I went back to check our contract to see the amount, and it is actually over $31,000, which was never disclosed.) This presentation took 4.5 hours and when it came time to sign the contract…5 MINUTES! We were happy at the time to get out of there, but that was our undoing because they failed to disclose the maintenance fees. They also told us we could earn money by renting out our timeshare in the years we couldn’t travel and that this was a wise investment. There wasn't any mention of "buyers remorse" cancellation period. There are very few resorts in Canada so if you're Canadian, getting to a resort will cost a fortune. You'd be too stressed out about the cost to enjoy yourself. We couldn’t be more unhappy with this purchase.

No one care about owners. I have lost 10000 points which worth more than $2000 by cancel one booking and imminently booking for other place. I called customer service and be told they have no power to help, Transfer to up level. The up level Owner Services Resolution Team did not call me. They said to call 1300 850 160 or (NZ) 0800 850 160. back to first customer service. So that no one really care. Such a bad Owner Services Resolution Team. Very Very disappointed!!!

Sat through a very pushy presentation in Austin: what a scam. Don’t fall for it!
