WorldJewelsReviews of worldjewels.com

Allen, the business owner, gave me great service and attention when looking for the right engagement ring. He is knowledgeable and was helpful. This was my first purchase with WorldJewels but will not be my last. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I purchased our tri-gold wedding bands from this company. The selection of the bands were great. The price was reasonable and the process was easy. The customer service was excellent. When I had questions, the staff would respond quickly. I appreciated the free engraving and shipping. We also had a 25% discount on the purchase of the rings. When we got the rings, we were impressed with the high quality and workmanship. I highly recommend this company. We will buy jewelry from this company again.

I am always careful when buying larger purchases on line. The staff and owner were attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend World Jewels. The communication was great, and the ring is awesome. If she accepts, I will purchase the “final ring” from World Jewels.

I originally wrote that they lied on their website, which was not the case, though it felt like it in the moment. The shipping system is not perfect, but they will work with you to make sure you get your product by the time you need it. The ring I purchased is quite good in terms of quality.

My wife loves her ring, which is what I wanted! Thanks very much World Jewels, for delivering a quality product. Overall, I’m very appreciative of the way you fulfilled the specifications I requested. I’m equally glad that I chose you to craft our 40th wedding anniversary commemorative rings. Cheers for a job well done!

Ordered a 5 diamond anniversary ring under order number WJ262775A. Arrived late after promised delivery; did not come with appraisal certificate as was advertised in the listing. Stones were low quality, having differing table dimensions and cut - some were tall and skinny, others were short and fat; some were mounted skewed to left or right. All defects visible by naked eye or with a household magnifying glass. As others have stated, refund was difficult, requiring filing a dispute with credit card issuer before refund was issued weeks later. Multiple unfulfilled promises from the business owner; not an honest seller.

Wedding band exceed expectations!!!! Engraving perfect. Took a bit longer than expected but ultimately worth the wait.

It didn’t take too long it is a beautiful piece to add to my box.
