You did not ship my order when promised You offered a discount for my inconvenience which was very much appreciated

Hi, Joe. We're very sorry we had to ship your wing kit from a warehouse farther away than originally expected. We assure you we're working on a solution for the inventory shortages that lead to these delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Eric
I had made a order there for shelving dividers. The order came in great but the shipping was way to high.i had asked if they would give me a break because of a 5s project in my company. I even stated that I may need several of them for 17 Van's. I did not get a break on shipping at all and made 2 more orders. I had a difficult time spending 30.00 on 6 dividers and 30.00 on shipping.

Hi, Eric. We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with our shipping costs. Unfortunately, the UPS costs on our website are in real time from UPS according to the package weight and dimensions; however, we may have a solution involving requesting the warehouse to consolidate the boxes. With your permission, we would like to contact you regarding this option.
