Over all I am very happy with the design I ordered to use the lever for ladders from 2 sides fine I payed double but I asked I have conduit holder can I still install it they said yes in the center from the bottom the answer for that you can’t install it in the center but my installer Charlie installed it on one side from top works fine but got heavy.

Ordered a partition, shelving and refrigerant tower and a few other items. The equipment arrived on time the quality and installation was good. We will be using these guys on any future service or installation vehicles.

The shelves were perfect and well packaged. A great product !

I ordered Slick Locks for a GMC van and received locks for a Ford van. When contacted it took two days and several emails / phone calls to get a swap done. Since it took so long for this transaction the GMC parts needed to be overnighted. I was responsible for shipping cost both ways which was over $100. without their delays the parts wouldn't have needed to be overnighted. I even tried to compromise with them just to get this done. All I got was a I don't care attitude. So I paid an extra $100 for their bad customer service. The Slick Locks are a great product so no bad review for them. Work Van Equipment customer service department called me an made a compromise. They refunded half the cost of the over night delivery charge. This was a good gesture on their part and appreciated.

Quality of the roof rack and installation parts were exelant but when I placed the order they didn’t post the shipping cost till the very end and I was shocked at the high cost for shipping. If I had known it was going to be that high I would have purchased it elsewhere.

Colored instructions would be great. Hex bolts would be more appreciated to assamble product.

Great customer service. I had an issue with payment and the customer support agent was great with helping me to get my problem resolved. i will use them again in the future
