Website had enough detail where it was easy to find the equipment to fit my particular van, Equipment showed up in good condition and in a timely manner, Reason for not giving five stars was having to pay for shipping and being pushed to pay extra for delivery by a special truck with a lift gate on it. I figured since I was buying a roof rack with 3 cross arms couldn't possibly weigh enough to warrant the need for a special delivery vehicle. I am glad I used some common sense and did not pay extra for the special delivery vehicle.

Main claims: 1. In my opinion, the cost of the kit is greatly overstated. 2. The kit cannot be installed in accordance with the accompanying drawings. Rack for freon tanks does not fit between the wheel arch and the rear door. As you can see to order a sketch. 3. Mounts to the car body are designed for the fantasy installer. 4. I was hoping that the coating would be made with powder paint. I am pleased with the quality of the furniture.

I ordered shelves for my promaster van they came a few days before scheduled they had no damage to them so I was happy about that only thing is they didn't come but together it took a few hours to get them but together but will worth it nice shelves very happy with them.
