We ordered an incorrect ladder rack and the company was SO wonderful in helping us to rectify the issue even though it was wrong on our end. They have amazing customer service and we will be sure to continue ordering from them in the future.

A perfect fit on my 2019 Ford Transit Connect. Took about an hour to install, very well made, quiet on the road, and it looks great. I'm very happy with this roof rack.

I ordered a Slick Lock kit for my 2017 Dodge Promaster 2500. Placed the order around 2pm, expecting that would be processed and shipped out the next day. To my surprise, the order was shipped that same day. FedEx delivered it very quickly, I believe it was on the second business day. I live in the next county, so I don't know if delivery will be this fast to everyone. Very happy customer here.

No complaints, shipped fast!

Impressed on how well it was packaged before shipping. On the partition, top piece right corner was bent. So I emailed support, Barbara responded quickly to my email and she wanted to get a replacement piece shipped right to me. I told her I will go ahead and get it fixed at a machine shop that way I can get it set up and ready to use. Barbara sent me another email letting me know that she was going to refund some money back to me due to the damaged top piece of the partition. I didn’t even ask for that all I have to say is wow, great support. Two good reasons why I purchased the partition number one safety, number two insurance. Without the partition wall my insurance would have went up over $1000 a year, so technically it’s going to pay for it’s self.
